A catalyst to unite the Korean Church in a Bible-centered solidarity

I noticed that many people were being greatly blessed in reading Reverend Abraham Park’s History of Redemption series books, so I also started to read those books. In reading this book, I was greatly moved and blessed by the profound inspiration and deep insight into the entire scripture?something that most pastors could not easily accomplish.
The greatest leaders that represented the Israelites of the Old Testament times were the high priests. They represented the people and entered the holiest of holies on the one day in the year to offer atonement sacrifice to God. The high priest prefigures our eternal high priest, Jesus Christ.

 

Some impressions that I got from reading this book.
First, this book has organized the history and the genealogy of the 77 generations of high priests from Aaron until the destruction of Israel in AD 70 while linking it to the Bible. This is an unprecedented achievement.
Second, the biblical and spiritual significance of the high priest has been revealed.
Third, as soon as I saw the charts entitled, “The High Priests of Judea and Transitions in World History After the Fall of Persia” and “The Genealogy of the Levites and High Priests,” I knew that the elderly servant’s heart, soul and passion had been poured into this work.
I believe that Reverend Abraham Park was able to accomplish something that no other scholar in the world was able to do because of his deep love for the Bible and his ability to penetrate deep into the Word of truth.

I had already recognized some thirty years ago that Reverend Park was a world class leader who combined pure and profound spirituality with scholarly prowess. Reverend Park’s extraordinary focus is attested by his lifelong devotion to prayer and Bible study. Reverend Park has been greatly misunderstood and received much attack until now; however, because of this, he actually delved deeper into Bible research. I am certain that was the reason he was able to put forth such a splendidly bright flower as the History of Redemption series, and now that has born its fruit.
What I hope is that the Korean Church will transcend denominations and become one in Christ Jesus. It is my wish that we would have the heart of Christ to bless and pray for one another to have reconciliation rather than divisions and disputes.
I heartily recommend this book hoping that Reverend Abraham Park’s History of Redemption series will act as a catalyst to unite the Korean Church in a Bible-centered solidarity.
